Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Travel & Tourism Support Agent. Key Responsibilities

- Provide information on travel requirements, visa regulations, baggage policies, and loyalty programs.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and empathetically, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Process payments and refunds accurately and securely.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends.
- Actively participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills and service quality.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, resolution time, and productivity.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping people.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple applications simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the travel, tourism, or airline industry.
- Familiarity with GDS (Global Distribution System) or other travel booking software.
- Experience working in a remote or work-from-home capacity.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
