Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our team in Horsham. In this stable role, you will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive efficiency and optimize our logistics operations. You will analyze complex supply chain data, identify trends, forecast demands, and recommend strategic improvements. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to supply chain operations, including inventory, transportation, warehousing, and demand forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover opportunities for cost reduction, service improvement, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various departments (e.g., operations, finance, IT) to understand data requirements and deliver insightful analyses.
  • Support the implementation of new data collection systems and analytical tools.
  • Prepare and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain data analytics function.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the logistics or supply chain sector.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Solid understanding of supply chain principles and processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis.
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM).
