Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing presentations.
  • Assist in research and data collection for various public sector projects and initiatives.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation and client files with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Support client engagement activities, including preparing materials and assisting with workshop logistics.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as directed.
  • Contribute to the development of reports, proposals, and other client deliverables.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
