Job Description

Fonterra Australia is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Production Support Staff in Warrnambool. This is an entry-level position where no prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive, full training to ensure your success. You will play a vital role in our production process, contributing to the efficient and safe operation of our dairy manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, operation, and clean-down of production machinery.
- Monitor production lines, ensuring quality standards are met and escalating any issues.
- Perform basic quality checks on products and packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Load and unload materials and products, following proper manual handling procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Participate in all provided training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
