Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Poultry Farm Hand to join our team in Carnarvon, Western Australia. This role focuses on indoor work within our modern poultry facilities, ensuring the health and well-being of our flocks. You will be an integral part of our farm operations, contributing to the daily care and management of poultry in a controlled environment. This is a full-time position offering stable employment and weekly pay, perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are committed to maintaining high standards of animal husbandry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily health checks on poultry and report any concerns to supervisors.
  • Monitor and maintain feeding and watering systems to ensure optimal bird health.
  • Assist with the movement and placement of birds within designated areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of poultry sheds and equipment.
  • Collect eggs and ensure proper storage and handling.
  • Assist with general farm maintenance tasks as required.
  • Adhere to all animal welfare policies and biosecurity protocols.
  • Operate basic farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
