Join the Cotton On Group team as a Pop-up Shop Assistant for an exciting short-term casual opportunity in Fremantle, WA. We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to help bring our brand experience to life in a dynamic retail environment. This role is perfect for those seeking flexible hours, keen to gain retail experience, and passionate about fashion and customer service. You will be instrumental in creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting customers, managing stock, and ensuring the smooth operation of our temporary retail space.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and proactive approach.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the pop-up shop.
- Assist with stock management, including receiving, unpacking, and organising inventory.
- Ensure the shop floor is clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
- Provide product knowledge and style advice to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally.
- Support the Pop-up Shop Manager with daily operational tasks.
