Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and physically capable individuals to join our warehouse team as Pallet Stackers. This is a demanding yet rewarding full-time role based in our Warrnambool facility, offering a top hourly rate for dedicated and efficient workers. You will be instrumental in the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring goods are stacked safely and efficiently, ready for dispatch or storage. This role requires consistent physical effort, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manually stack and unstack pallets of various goods and materials.
- Organize and consolidate products in designated warehouse areas.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers.
- Inspect pallets and products for damage and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (manual and electric) as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily targets.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Strong physical stamina and endurance.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications
