Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Construct new wooden pallets according to specifications using provided tools and materials.
- Inspect existing pallets for damage and perform necessary repairs to ensure safety and functionality.
- Operate basic hand and power tools such as hammers, nail guns, saws, and measuring tapes safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Assist with material handling, including moving lumber and finished pallets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to quality control and waste reduction.
