Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Coles Supermarkets in Maroochydore as a Night Fill Grocery Hand. This role is crucial to ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and impeccably presented for our morning customers. You’ll work during non-trading hours, primarily evenings and weekends, benefiting from attractive penalty rates. If you’re a night owl, physically fit, and meticulous, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently unpack and replenish shelves with fresh and grocery products according to planograms.
- Ensure all products are correctly priced and rotated to minimize waste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Assist with stocktake procedures and manage inventory levels.
- Operate manual handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, trolleys).
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve night fill targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights.
- Reliability and punctuality, especially for night and weekend shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with grocery product placement and stock rotation.
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate (if applicable to specific duties).
