Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and accurate Logistics Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic warehouse team in Gosford. This full-time position operates on afternoon shifts, playing a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our logistics data. You will be responsible for inputting and managing data related to inventory, shipments, and other critical warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately inputting logistics data, including inventory levels, shipment details, and delivery information, into our database systems.
  • Verifying data accuracy by comparing it to source documents and resolving discrepancies.
  • Generating reports and summaries as required for operational analysis.
  • Communicating effectively with warehouse staff and other departments regarding data-related queries.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of all sensitive information.
  • Assisting with filing and record-keeping duties.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, especially those related to data security and privacy.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience with data entry, preferably in a logistics or warehouse environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
