Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading and unloading of freight from trucks and trailers.
- Sort and stage goods for outbound shipments or inbound storage.
- Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely after receiving training.
- Verify accuracy of shipments against manifests and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organised loading dock area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and truck drivers.
