Job Description
We are urgently seeking a motivated and reliable Loading Dock Assistant to join our busy operations team in Bunbury. This is an immediate start position with full training provided, making it perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in logistics without prior experience. You will be an integral part of our warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks and containers.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against manifest or other records.
- Organize and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the loading dock area.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment (training provided).
- Prepare items for shipment, including packing, labeling, and scanning.
- Conduct routine checks of equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to attendance.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
