Job Description
Are you a budding designer or media enthusiast eager to make your mark in the advertising world? Ogilvy is seeking a passionate and driven Creative Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of design and media production, working alongside industry veterans on real client projects. You will contribute to the visual storytelling and creative execution of campaigns, learning the ropes of a leading global agency. We’re looking for someone with a fresh perspective, a keen eye for detail, and a burning desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior designers in creating visual assets for digital and print campaigns, including social media content, website graphics, and presentations.
- Support the media team in researching trends, compiling competitive analyses, and preparing reports.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and idea generation for new client pitches and ongoing projects.
- Help prepare and format presentations for internal and client meetings.
- Organize and maintain creative assets library, ensuring easy accessibility for the team.
- Participate in photo and video shoots, offering assistance with setup, logistics, and post-production tasks.
- Undertake administrative tasks as required to support the creative and media departments.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles and visual communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of current social media platforms and digital trends
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- A portfolio demonstrating design capabilities and creative potential
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools or content management systems
- Previous internship or project experience in a creative or agency setting
