Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Transformation Lead to join our dynamic team in Bunbury. This pivotal role involves driving significant change within our clients’ human resources functions, leveraging technology, process re-engineering, and innovative strategies to enhance HR effectiveness and business value. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through complex HR transformation journeys, from initial strategy definition to successful implementation and adoption. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in HR processes, HR technology platforms, change management, and project leadership. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, to deliver impactful solutions that reshape the future of HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of HR transformation strategies and roadmaps for clients.
- Manage end-to-end HR technology implementations (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud).
- Conduct current state assessments, identify pain points, and define future state HR processes and operating models.
- Develop and execute robust change management and communication plans to ensure successful adoption.
- Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development and sales efforts.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging HR technologies, and best practices in HR transformation.
Required Skills
- Proven experience leading large-scale HR transformation programs.
- Deep expertise in HR functional areas (e.g., core HR, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, benefits).
- Strong understanding of leading HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Exceptional project management and program leadership skills.
- Proficiency in change management methodologies and techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prosci, HRCI, SHRM).
- Experience working in a consulting environment.
- Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies.
