Job Description

As a Global Sourcing Specialist – Recruitment at Randstad, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent for our diverse client base and internal teams across various industries. You will be responsible for developing innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging advanced search techniques, and building robust talent pipelines to meet current and future recruitment needs. This role requires a keen eye for talent, a proactive approach, and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices in a global context. You will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates globally.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand talent landscapes, identify competitor insights, and track industry trends.
  • Engage with potential candidates, building strong relationships and effectively communicating our value proposition and career opportunities.
  • Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and detailed information.
  • Collaborate with recruitment consultants and hiring managers to refine job specifications and candidate profiles.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and promote a positive candidate experience.
  • Provide regular reports on sourcing activities, pipeline status, and market insights.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Talent Sourcer, or similar role in a recruitment environment.
  • Demonstrable expertise in using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, X-ray search, social media recruiting).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience sourcing for global roles or across multiple countries.
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
  • Experience with advanced sourcing tools and platforms.
  • Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition.
