Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our End-of-Lease Cleaning Crew in Busselton. This is a casual position offering flexible day shifts, perfect for those looking for consistent work within a dynamic team. As part of our crew, you will be responsible for meticulously cleaning residential properties to ensure they meet the highest standards required for bond returns. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive end-of-lease cleaning tasks, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
- Vacuuming and mopping all floor surfaces.
- Wiping down walls, skirting boards, doors, and windows (interior).
- Cleaning ovens, stovetops, rangehoods, and other kitchen appliances.
- Sanitizing bathrooms, including toilets, showers, baths, and vanities.
- Removing cobwebs and dusting all surfaces.
- Adhering to safety guidelines and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Working efficiently as part of a team to complete jobs within allocated timeframes.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality results.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and prolonged standing.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in end-of-lease, domestic, or commercial cleaning.
