Job Description
Are you eager to kickstart a career in logistics and supply chain management? Toll Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dispatch Coordinator (Trainee) to join our team in Tully. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior dispatch coordinators in managing daily delivery schedules and routes.
- Learn to track and monitor vehicle movements and delivery progress.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal departments.
- Assist in preparing and processing dispatch documentation, including manifests and delivery dockets.
- Receive and log incoming calls and inquiries, directing them appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and fleet movements.
- Participate in training sessions to understand safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the dispatch function.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
