Job Description
Are you a digital native with a passion for strategy and innovation? Telstra is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Digital Strategy Intern to join our team in Cairns. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in researching market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform digital strategy.
- Support the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Contribute to content creation and management for Telstra's digital channels, including social media and website.
- Help analyze digital performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to align digital initiatives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new digital initiatives and customer engagement strategies.
- Learn to optimize SEO/SEM strategies and understand user experience (UX) principles.
- Assist with A/B testing and other experimentation to improve digital outcomes.
Required Skills
- Strong interest in digital marketing and strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business, IT).
Preferred Qualifications
