Job Description

We are seeking a highly efficient and accurate Data Entry Operator to join our team. This is a high-volume data entry role with the flexibility of working from home. You will be responsible for inputting and maintaining critical company data, ensuring accuracy and integrity across various systems. This role is essential to our daily operations, supporting departments across the Woolworths Group by providing reliable data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter large volumes of data from various sources into our internal systems.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, correcting errors as needed.
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in accordance with company policies and privacy regulations.
  • Organize and file documents, both physical and digital, after data entry.
  • Prepare and compile data reports as requested.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data discrepancies or issues.
  • Adhere to established data entry procedures and guidelines.
  • Manage time effectively to meet daily input targets and deadlines.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience with high-volume data entry.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a remote environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM with high accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working remotely.
  • Familiarity with various database management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Experience in the retail or administrative services industry.
  • Certificate or diploma in office administration or a related field.
