Job Description
Lendlease is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Construction Labourers in Warrnambool, VIC. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with no prior experience in construction to kickstart their career with a leading global company. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting tradespersons (carpenters, plumbers, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.
- Preparing construction sites by cleaning debris, rubble, and other waste materials.
- Operating basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Digging trenches, spreading gravel, and other ground preparation tasks.
- Erecting and dismantling temporary structures such as scaffolding and barricades (under supervision).
- Adhering to all site safety regulations and procedures.
- Performing general housekeeping duties to maintain a tidy and organised site.

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

- Excellent team player.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current Australian White Card (Construction Induction Card).
- Current Driver's License and reliable transport.
