Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Services Lead to join our dynamic team in South Gladstone. This pivotal role involves overseeing the operational excellence and strategic development of our professional services offerings within the region. You will be instrumental in managing day-to-day business operations, optimizing internal processes, fostering strong client relationships, and leading a dedicated team to deliver outstanding service and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the business services team, ensuring high standards of efficiency and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve workflow, enhance productivity, and reduce costs.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring for the business services unit.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for service expansion and client retention.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or senior management role within professional services or a related industry.
