Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Insights Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preparation of data from various sources for analysis.
• Generate standard and ad-hoc reports using tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
• Conduct basic data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, providing initial insights.
• Support senior analysts and consultants in deeper analytical projects and data modelling.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting and analytical activities.
• Communicate findings effectively through presentations and written summaries to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and data needs.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance analytical skills and business acumen.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Basic understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
