Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Boutique Retail Assistant to join our team in Bundaberg for a part-time weekend roster. This role is perfect for someone passionate about fashion and retail, eager to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a beautiful store environment. You will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting the store’s operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting clients with product selection and styling advice.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring the store is beautifully presented and products are displayed according to brand guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocktakes, deliveries, and replenishment.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, encouraging repeat business.
- Support store management in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in fashion or a boutique setting.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A passion for fashion and styling.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
