Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Beverage Bottling Hands to join our fast-paced manufacturing team in Armidale. This full-time, on-site role offers stable employment with the convenience of weekly pay. As a Bottling Hand, you will be an integral part of our production line, ensuring the efficient and quality bottling of our diverse range of beverages. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor bottling and packaging machinery under supervision.
  • Perform quality checks on products and packaging to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Load raw materials and components onto production lines.
  • Pack finished products into cartons, crates, or pallets.
  • Move materials and finished goods within the production and warehouse areas.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with machine changeovers and basic maintenance tasks as required.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.

Required Skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 15 kg regularly.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Adherence to strict safety protocols and procedures.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production line setting.
  • Basic understanding of quality control principles.
  • Current forklift license (LF Class).
