Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Beverage Bottling Hands to join our fast-paced manufacturing team in Armidale. This full-time, on-site role offers stable employment with the convenience of weekly pay. As a Bottling Hand, you will be an integral part of our production line, ensuring the efficient and quality bottling of our diverse range of beverages. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor bottling and packaging machinery under supervision.
- Perform quality checks on products and packaging to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Load raw materials and components onto production lines.
- Pack finished products into cartons, crates, or pallets.
- Move materials and finished goods within the production and warehouse areas.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with machine changeovers and basic maintenance tasks as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 15 kg regularly.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Adherence to strict safety protocols and procedures.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production line setting.
- Basic understanding of quality control principles.
- Current forklift license (LF Class).
