Job Description
Join Deloitte Australia as a Seasonal ATO Data Processing Clerk, a high-demand role critical for supporting our clients during peak operational periods related to the Australian Taxation Office. This temporary position is perfect for individuals with meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic. You will be responsible for accurate and efficient data entry, processing, and verification of a high volume of financial and personal information, ensuring compliance with ATO guidelines and internal quality standards. This is an on-site role based in Wetherill Park, requiring dedication and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of financial, personal, and tax-related information into designated systems.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
- Process a high volume of documents and data within strict deadlines.
- Adhere to ATO guidelines, privacy regulations, and company data security policies.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records as required.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data status and issues.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar clerical role.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

- Previous experience with tax-related data or government agency processing.
