Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Commercial Window Cleaner Offsider to join our team in Erina, NSW. This ongoing full-time position involves assisting our experienced window cleaners with high-rise and commercial window cleaning projects. You will be responsible for preparing sites, setting up equipment, ensuring safety compliance, and providing essential support to achieve pristine results. This role is perfect for someone looking to start a career in commercial cleaning, with opportunities for training and advancement in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead window cleaners with all aspects of commercial window cleaning tasks.
- Prepare work sites, including setting up safety barriers, warning signs, and protective coverings.
- Load, unload, and transport equipment safely to and from job sites.
- Handle and maintain cleaning tools, equipment (e.g., squeegees, poles, water-fed poles, EWP), and materials.
- Ensure strict adherence to all WHS (Work Health and Safety) policies and procedures, especially when working at heights.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and site managers.
- Perform general site clean-up upon completion of tasks.
- Support the lead cleaner with access equipment operation (e.g., EWP, scaffold erection) as directed and trained.

- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Commitment to safety protocols and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid Australian Driver's License and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a physically demanding role or outdoor work
- White Card (Construction Induction Card)
- First Aid Certificate
- Working at Heights Certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Experience with elevated work platforms (EWP) or other height access equipment
