Job Description

Join Sherwin-Williams as a Painter’s Offsider and kickstart your career in industrial painting. You will work alongside experienced painters, learning vital skills in surface preparation, application techniques, and site safety. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced industrial painters with all aspects of surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and setting up containment.
  • Help mix, prepare, and transport paints and coatings to the work area.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite, tools, and equipment.
  • Ensure proper storage and disposal of materials according to safety and environmental guidelines.
  • Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Learn and apply best practices for industrial painting and coating application.
  • Perform general labor tasks as required to support painting operations.
