Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Services Lead to join our Government sector advisory team in Gladstone, Queensland. This pivotal role involves providing expert guidance and leadership in delivering corporate services solutions to various government clients. You will be instrumental in optimizing operational efficiency, enhancing service delivery models, and ensuring compliance within public sector entities. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of corporate services strategies for government clients, including finance, HR, procurement, and IT support functions.
- Manage client relationships, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable project plans.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing corporate service frameworks and recommend improvements.
- Develop and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant government policies, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in corporate services management, preferably within the public sector or government consulting.
- Strong understanding of government operational frameworks, policies, and regulatory environments.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial management, human resources, or procurement systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
