Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cable Assembly Hand to join our manufacturing team in Salisbury. This entry-level position involves performing easy manual tasks related to the assembly of electronic cables and components. If you have a good eye for detail, enjoy hands-on work, and are looking for a stable role with weekly pay, we encourage you to apply. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual assembly of cable harnesses and electronic sub-assemblies following detailed instructions and diagrams.
- Cut, strip, crimp, and solder wires as required.
- Inspect finished products for quality and conformity to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Assist with other production tasks as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks with precision.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

Preferred Qualifications
