Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our End-of-Lease Cleaning Crew in Mackay. This casual role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in transforming properties to their pristine condition. You’ll be responsible for performing thorough cleaning services for residential and commercial properties at the end of their lease agreements, ensuring they meet the highest standards for new occupants. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of all internal and external areas of properties at the end of lease
- Deep clean kitchens, including ovens, range hoods, benchtops, sinks, and cabinetry
- Sanitise bathrooms, including showers, toilets, basins, and tiles
- Vacuum and mop floors, clean windows, and wipe down all surfaces
- Remove cobwebs and dust from all fixtures and fittings
- Clean walls, skirting boards, and doors as required
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and use cleaning products and equipment responsibly
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
Required Skills
- High level of physical fitness and stamina for demanding cleaning tasks
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Reliability and punctuality are essential
- Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously
- Good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
