Job Description
Join the magic as a Hotel Room Attendant at Walt Disney World Resort! We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to ensure our guest rooms are pristine and welcoming. This flexible part-time role is perfect for students seeking to balance work with their studies, offering hours that can accommodate academic schedules. You will be an essential part of our hospitality team, directly contributing to the comfort and satisfaction of our guests during their stay at our resort hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and minibar items.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to supervision.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and linen closets.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient housekeeping operation.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent time management skills.
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and pushing carts for extended periods.

- Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping or cleaning role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience.
